Position Information:
This position diagnoses mechanical problems and performs journeyman level work in the repair, installation, alteration, service and maintenance of buses or related equipment requiring knowledge and experience in servicing a wide variety of vehicles.
Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 260 day calendar
Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hourly Rate $47.48 to $47.98 (hourly) (2024-2025 Maintenance Trades Employee Salary Schedule)

Requirements
Licenses/Special Requirements:
Must possess and maintain the following:
- An acceptable driving record based on an approved driver’s abstract (or Motor Vehicle Record)
- Driver’s license verification and validation
- Valid Washington State Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Fork Lift with Aerial and Boom Truck License
